CASE STUDY
Halil Eren Çelik · Lead Product DesignerTECHNOLOGIST
Recruitment Platform — UX & Interface Design
Technologist is a recruitment and talent management product developed within OBSS. I joined the project for a time-boxed assignment, supporting UX and interface design during an active phase of product development.
My contribution covered connected recruitment workflows including talent pipelines, job–candidate matching, profile evaluation, interview coordination, and administrative templates. I collaborated with the project team throughout the assignment and transferred the project context and ongoing design responsibilities to another designer at the end of my involvement.

VERIFIED DELIVERY SCOPE
02 — Recruitment Pipeline

Managing the recruitment pipeline
A column-based workspace makes each hiring stage visible, while filters, sorting, multiple selection, and contextual actions help recruiters move talents through the process.
03 — Matching Results

Reviewing matching results
Structured result cards bring jobs, candidates, ownership, overall scores, and matching reasons together, supported by detailed filters for faster review.
04 — Fit Comparison

Comparing job and candidate fit
The comparison view places job requirements and candidate attributes side by side, making experience, skills, location, and matching signals easier to evaluate.
05 — Candidate Journey

Following the candidate journey
A unified profile connects recruitment history, stage progress, technical interviews, team comments, and next-step actions without losing candidate context.
06 — Assessment Templates

Configuring reusable assessments
Admin tools allow teams to build test templates, organize questions, define required responses, and control how answers contribute to evaluation.
07 — Interview Coordination

Coordinating interview availability
The calendar combines available interview and review slots with meetings and upcoming sessions, helping participants manage scheduling in one place.
08 — Candidate Evaluation

Evaluating candidates against the role
The job profile view brings candidate details, required and preferred skills, evaluated skill levels, languages, education, and decision actions into a structured review.
FINAL REFLECTION
Connecting recruitment stages, matching signals, and candidate decisions.
Technologist brought pipeline management, job–candidate matching, evaluation, interview coordination, and administrative configuration together as one connected product experience.
